PayFluency is an early-stage calculator and education tool that helps UK professionals understand their take-home pay, pension sacrifice, RSU vesting and bonus income. It is provided free of charge and does not require you to create an account.
All calculator inputs — salary, pension rate, student loan plan, RSU details, bonus figures — are processed entirely in your browser to generate estimates. No input data is transmitted to our servers or stored anywhere outside your device.
PayFluency uses Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data — for example, which pages are visited and how often. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used only to understand how the tool is being used so we can improve it. No cookies are set for analytics purposes.
PayFluency stores a small flag in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie preference — specifically, that you have dismissed the cookie notice. No tracking cookies are set. Local storage data never leaves your device.
PayFluency does not sell, share or transfer any personal data to third parties. The site is hosted on Vercel; their privacy policy applies to infrastructure-level data such as server logs.
PayFluency is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
